While everyone is celebrating a new year, I'll be looking up at the sky with silent tears knowing the real victory was surviving a year no one saw me fight.

Suicidal thoughts aren’t always I want to die. They’re also.. I feel trapped. I need a way out. I am a burden. What’s the point in life? I need to escape my thoughts. Nothing will ever get better. I see no future. I can’t bare this pain anymore. Am worthless.

the older i get the more i realise happiness is quiet mornings, a clean space, early nights, a safe home and people who don’t drain my energy.
