This blog article from Thinking Machines is attracting lots of attention now. It is very exciting to see that Riemannian/manifold optimization is playing pivotal roles here. Since this is related to things I have been actively working on, I want to share some insights (a thread)

My plan is more like Undergrad --> PhD --> Postdoc --> Postdoc --> Postdoc --> Postdoc --> Postdoc --> Postdoc --> Sort of interesting homeless man who haunts a denny's --> Postdoc --> die peacefully in bed surrounded by 150 papers with 10 citations each
