Barclays has provided more than £190bn to the fossil fuel industry in the last 6 years alone. This makes it the largest fossil fuel financier in Europe and 7th globally. Today, we joined an Extinction Rebellion Buddhists UK coordinated national meditation action outside Barclays, the Ecocide Bank.

Yesterday Lambeth rebels took part in a meditation at Barclays in Streatham as part of a UK-wide action. Barclays Bank invested +$190bn in coal, oil & gas in the last 6yrs. Great to hear several people saying they're switching bank 💚 Want to do the same? switchit.green
