#GamedevJS Day 3 experiments ! I wasn’t too happy with the flat terrain, so now its wide. the units are looks better this way,but, the background and UI are still a bit of a question mark. It seems like there's something there, but it also feels off.

#GamedevJS Day 4 Acceptance stage.Scrapped the semi 3d side-view.Switched to top-down and a whole new style. Feels so much better now. Have some ideas for UI.. but I’ll save that for later.

#GamedevJS Day 5 Mostly worked on logic — linking game with UI. Split UI and game into separate Phaser scenes, which added some complexity. Turret UI mostly works now + machine gun icon added

#GamedevJS Day 6 Same as yesterday — mostly logic. Many small things, still lots to do. Like map movement, zoom, and time control are working! Funny: in #phaser, physics.world.timeScale uses 2 = half speed, 0.5 = double speed— but it's opposite for time.timeScale.

#GamedevJS Day 7 Well... yep, mostly logic again. For example, enemy spawn templates. And I haven't even gotten to the "balance" part of the game yet. [insert "this is fine"] From a visual point of view — just a little touch here, a little there. Here's a test video.

#GamedevJS Day 8-9 In the process of working on the UI. I have to say, building a UI with WebGL is quite the challenge—especially the scrollbars. Maybe it would have been faster to implement part of the UI using HTML... But here's a little "balance" part of the game.

#GamedevJS Day 11-12 The closer the end, the more ideas there are, and the more you want to redo things. Here’s the final UI look. Compared to before, I added more colors and reworked a lot behind the scenes. Now, I need to focus on the main menu/sound/balance.
