i use to let fear hold me back waaaay to much… but now i feel like i truly have nothing to lose. and everything to gain. i gotta give myself more in this life time! right now!

i’m ready to release my traumas and heartaches, i’m going to ask the trees to take away my sorrows.. i need to sit in the river as it rushes past me and let out a really ugly cry. my soul is calling me to connect with the earth, deeply.

oh now grateful i am, to be able to give my tears to the rivers that keep running all the way to the ocean 🩵
