Virgin Media ❤️ I have just got through on the telephone on 03454541111 and had to pay £116.50 to try and cancel contract as operator said virgin media do not accept cancellation by letter. He then transferred me to relations team and I waited 10 minutes for someone to speak but no one did !

It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel a contract !
