Waterbirth - yet more evidence of good neonatal and maternal outcomes. Water immersion should be an option for all; we need to provide better info in pregnancy and make pools available in all birth settings to improve equitable access and use.

This is such an important study, demonstrating the safety of waterbirth for women and babies. Lots of work to do to improve access to and use of pools by all women who want the option so it is an equitable choice.

I’m proud that people from nearly 200 countries work in our NHS. I completely condemn this racist violence and stand with our staff and the communities they live and work in. Thank you to our emergency services who are working hard to keep everyone safe.
