I find it ironic that the people who want to end the filibuster to pass their legislation do not realize ending the filibuster is what got us to this situation. If Harry Reid doesn’t make the change for judges we wouldn’t have the SCOTUS we currently have.

My amateur take on the classified documents issue: 1. most likely too many documents are labeled classified, 2. controls over classified docs are clearly lacking and 3. high profile individuals face no consequences while low level staffers are punished severely.
