We had a final session tonight to bring a close to our season. What a great group of players we have. We only got to play 5 games and were separated for several months but we bonded and became strong teammates. Some players will stay, some will move on but we'll always be Eagles!

How to help a teammate who is struggling with anxiety

Parents: You’re raising a child, not an athlete. Focus on their character & work ethic. Teach them respect, hard work, how to be a good person. Hold them accountable. Teach them that they will never get what they don’t earn. Strong, well-rounded kids find success much easier.
