On top of it being illegal, I find it insane that Johns Hopkins Medicine is 5 days late on the dispersement of our mid-month paycheck when inflation and cost of living is at an all time high without contacting its students to let us know what's happening and that they're working on it.

Insane that I'm being barred from our departmental diversity, equity, and inclusion committee because I'm a sixth year student, despite being an active member for 4 years (both pre-, during & post-pandemic) and despite my plans of pursuing a DEI-related career upon graduating.

My triannual gripe that collaborative science continues to be penalized... Especially since the reviewer's comment is simply not accurate. Co-last = last. Co-senior = senior. Regardless, I continue to be proud of my productivity, collaborative projects, and partners.
