Tough as ol' nails Geraint Thomas is. Amazing ride after his fall. Really admire him, and he still should fancy his chances even with an awful night's sleep coming up.

Anyone seeing 2 very bright lights in the sky not moving much, that will be Jupiter (lower) and Venus (upper) with Antares below. All other lights are planes to Heathrow!

3 years of disruption for the new Highbury Corner layout, which went live Easter Monday - and I can confirm it is infinitely worse for cyclists, bus & cars. The queues are shocking. This is a TfL scheme, so no surprise. Cyclists need their own space but also want to crack on.

If Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe case is anything to go by, don't free anyone else. No matter what the taxpayers do (ahem £400million), it's never enough to criticise the government.

Sometimes, you have to laugh at yourself as a fan of this club. I haven't stopped laughing at this public announcement. So many questions...

If anyone is wondering, Garmin Connect app has a server outage. Been trying for an hour thinking it was my phone or a setting, alas, it's Garmin.

Amazing to see the engineering brilliance for Tapei 101 to come through a 7.5rs earthquake. Lucky for us in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 it's also on the east coast of Taiwan, and bad for Japanese islands with expected tsunami/sea differences.

Not sure I have ever seen a government so fiscally inept as this Labour one, and that's saying something. Borrowing costs at an all time high and gilts absolutely tanking....markets now making their feelings known. Expect further tax hikes to control deficit.

Borthwick couldn't inspire an alcoholic in a pub. The team have been awful and they deserve huge criticism for their indefensible lack of discipline and cohesion, but Borthwick has to go. #ITAvENG

George Town, Penang. A wonderful place that protects and endorses its cultural heritage. From my hotel (Eastern & Oriental) to other heritage hotels and trails. Shame the streets are pedestrian unfriendly, which means you don't always get to marvel & appreciate the architecture.

If anyone has visited Vigo in Galicia or surrounding principality of Asturias, you will know how diabolical the weather is. #Nolito Excuses.

I do hope we have David Attenborough in the next series. We need him as a saviour and conservationist. He has so much power to change our approach from unaware to aware.

Nothing that Catherine Wiggins said was wrong. Froome is unbelievably hypocritical; and how the UCI have stated there was no preferential treatment is poppycock. Froome took equivalent to 20 puffs on an inhaler. Remember that.

Coming back to Stansted, I remember how much I dislike it. Only Stansted do you have a queue for a km to get to drop off which costs an exorbitant rate.
