Somewhat eerie moment in Kyiv as an air raid siren sounds across the Ukrainian capital. The gathered press look at each other, but locals continue to go about their usual business. One local reporter told me: "I've heard it many many times. I hear it every day".

Another air raid siren sounds across Kyiv - this time after nightfall. The alarm was raised just seconds after the Lammy/Blinken/Sybiha press conference finished. It lasts just a few minutes before fading out.
