New chief surgical residents: a 🧵 In a lot of ways this will be the BEST year of your training. Here are some of my thoughts on how to take good advantage of it (take them or leave them)… 1. Create a team (from the MS3 to attendings, make everyone feel apart of your team).

This is the annual time of year I remind myself and others that I did not get honors in surgery and I was not AOA.
