I turned 35 today. This photo was taken when I went for a walk to a physical therapy appointment. If someone wants to stay thin or lose weight, walking to places instead of driving is an effective way to stay lean. I got most of my exercise in the past four months from walking.

Not using my computer for 25 days made me feel more like W.A.C. than THE WiLLiE CORLEY. My entire personality for most of my thirties feels more like a character to me now than my real self. I think modern social media algorithms are destroying the personality of their users.

I feel emotionally detached from the person I have been for most of this decade. I feel more like my real self now than I did at any other point in this decade. If I continue to make YouTube videos in 2025, expect a drastic vibe shift. #WACisBACK W.A.C.
