Thoughtful, moving piece by Jay Wellons, MD, MSPH about the recent tragedy in his city. Even neurosurgeons, who know chaos and travesty intimately, are in disheartened disbelief with this perpetual cycle of violence. Guns are the #1 cause of death of children in America. Unacceptable.
