@MoroGioele from the Laboratory of Woodland Ecology Biology Centre CAS CAS is back with us at @IPNA_CSIC for a research stay. During his first week, he has been learning how to process soil samples, and soon we'll start metabarcoding procedures to study soil biodiversity 🧬🌱

🍃El 18-19 de noviembre las compañeras del SoilEvoEcoLab, M y Victoria Nieto, asistieron a las VII Jornadas de Biodiversidad orientadas en resaltar el valor del patrimonio natural y riqueza de especies (flora y fauna) en Tenerife. C. Andújar and @MoroGioele are currently on a scientific expedition in Chile as part of the #EdAFoBio project. They are conducting soil sampling in two distinct biomes: Mediterranean forests and temperate forests. 🌍🔬 Fieldwork has been exciting yet exhausting—but so rewarding!
