My MIL died yesterday and I’m grappling with how to feel. I held a grudge against her 3 yrs to her death. I missed an opportunity to reconcile our differences and for that I’m beating myself up. (I’m wearing her wedding dress). I deserve what’s coming to me by you all. RIP “BJ”

Yesterday was an awesome day for me!! I learned that my eldest son became a patented inventor ⬇️. (I was instructed to redact particulars). And my youngest son was promoted to “Devops”. Developer/operational engineer. Whatever that is 😂 I’m so proud of my sons!! Had to share. 🥰

I lived 5 years in a horrible first foster home. One of my worst memories were force-fed liver and cactus; tasteless and hard in texture. I’d swallow my food whole; barely chewing to avoid tasting it. To date I could never cook, serve or have it in my home 😩 Hubby ❤️’s it!

Short story: Hubby removed bird’s nest from hanging plant; birdie flew to sliding door hovered 5 secs right where hubby was standing, as if demanding her nest back citing him w/ contempt. Hubby wrapped net around plant; birdie can’t get in. I cut it away, you’re welcome, birdie!
