*tab* *tab*, is this thing on? This tweet stuff better not give me any more reasons to procrastinate, might as well open that WoW box I bought in 2004 but never touched and dig out my 20 year old WH40K armies to boot while I'm at it ... I'll report back in another 7 years.

Just done packing my luggage, I'm leaving tomorrow for this year's The Dutch VMUG. It's a short trip so I'm only traveling with the bare essentials.

So what do people think of mind dumps that aren't really providing any useful information and are creating more questions than they answer? I personally enjoy having a reason to procrastinating on the things that matter but I'm curious. valentin.bondz.io/2022/07/20/qui…

Happy to be back in SF for #VMwareExplore and I know there is a drought and all but I'm not sure whether I should put this water into the fridge or the safe ...

Not only is Kit Colbert a great CTO, he also has very good taste when it comes to #VMwareExplore sessions: octo.vmware.com/kit-colberts-d… You should listen to him and join Mark Achtemichuk and me for the vSphere Advanced Performance Tutorial #CEIT1097US Monday 1pm Monday 4:30pm Thursday 10am

I just met a good friend and former colleague in the SF Beer Garden and he gifted me this "because I might be into it" after watching our #VMwareExplore session. Still shrink wrapped 🥲

Need a script to figure out the current frequency of your PCPUs? It is slow, single purpose, not very extendable and hacky ... but it works: github.com/vbondzio/sowas… Now I just need to write about when it does and does not matter ...😮‍💨 P.S. Thanks William Lam for Get-EsxtopAPI!

TIL that vim-cmd only needs the first unique string of a command ... vim-cmd vmsvc/geta or vmsvc/power.sh work just fine. I've been writing llvms and utdown all these years, like some kind of idiot that likes typing.
