ON TO THE DRAKE RELAYS FINALS!!! The Iowa City West Girls Track & Field Shuttle Hurdle Relay has advanced on to the finals. Erinn, Jaylin, Eriniah and Sophia will be running at 11:57 AM on Saturday afternoon in the Drake Relays to a sold out crowd of 14,000 fans.

WOW WOW WOW!!! Congratulations to the Iowa City West Girls Track & Field Shuttle Hurdle Relay team running a season best time of 1:04.87 to take 3rd at the Drake Relays. Erinn 16.20 Jaylin 17.40 Eriniah 15.98 Sophia 15.16 One hundredth of a second out of second. Awesome race!!!

400 METER DASH!!! Huge shoutout to Jaylin Herring and Erinn Varga who blazed down the track in the girls' 400m dash!!!

400 METER HURDLE!!! Erinn Varga and Jaylin Herring dominated the 400m hurdles with finesse and power!!! Erinn won the race with a time of 1:06.65 and Jaylin finished 4th with a time of 1:09.63!! Keep it going ladies!!!

4x400 RELAY!!! Impeccable performance from Sophia Austen, Eva Willis, Erinn Varga, and Jaylin Herring!!! These incredible girls dominated the 4x4 relay!! The girls finished 3rd!! Their teamwork, speed, and determination are truly inspiring!!! Another great day to be a Trojan!!!

400 METER HURDLES!!! Exceptional race from Erinn Varga and Jaylin Herring!! Erinn finished 5th overall with a time of 1:08.92 and Jaylin finished 6th overall with a time of 1:10!! Both are receiving state qualifier medals!!! Spectacular work ladies!!!
