This was a special season. I was selected for, 4A Metro Conference Coach of the year. I play in an excellent conference and against amazing coaches. This award is not for me but for the players that play for me. It is dedicated to their hard work and believing in me as a coach.

Today was another great day for the lax program. DeMario Williams signed his letter of intent to play at Madonna University for football and lacrosse. Also, DeMario was awarded the Academic All-American in the state of CO. Very proud coach. Great job!

One more huge congrats for the 2022 TJ lax team! Holden Knostman becomes the 2nd ever TJ player to receive the distinction of Academic All American! Holden rocked it on the field and in the classroom. Congrats Holden and good luck in college! #TooSweet #SpartanFamily Thomas Jefferson HS

Gamo Koulibaly has committed to Russell Sage College in NY to continue his education and his lacrosse career. For his first year as a lacrosse player he won over 200 faceoff and was a big team player. Great Success for only playing lacrosse for only one year.

Lacrosse continues to bless me with opportunities to become a better coach and experience excellent lacrosse. I am a part of the Urban Lacrosse Alliance through USA Lacrosse. Thank you USA Lacrosse for the trip and allowing me make more relationships through the game.

It only takes one player/coach/person to bring the energy down while in the gym.. don’t be that person. It ruins the workout/practice/game for everyone else If you don’t want to be there, then don’t be there Coaches want “Volunteers not hostages”
