📢 CFP announcement — Our next annual conference will be on October 26-27 at University of Portsmouth. The conference theme is "Re-imagining Media and Politics", with keynotes from Daniel Jackson and Dr. Anita Varma.

We were delighted to welcome Rizwana Hamid from The Centre for Media Monitoring (CfMM) to the university today to give a talk on the representation of Muslims and Islam in the UK press. Our journalism students also got the opportunity to interview her on camera in our TV studio.
