The Nottingham cyclists showcased excellence on a National level with the Men’s team winning overall and the Female team placed 2nd. Across the weekend all the riders achieved a personal best in at least one event and 3 riders achieved the standard to compete at National champs.

Our full-time students were competing against professional athletes just days after their final university exams. Throughout the 3-day of the championship 3 personal bests were achieved and both team pursuits went faster than they have done before.

Finally, the National medals were achieved in both the Male and Female pursuit races for the first time ever. Congratulations to UoN Cycling Club Track Team - your 2020 University of Nottingham Sport Team of the Year!🥂
