For those of you who have paid membership and are trialling for one of our teams make sure you are prepped! Also make sure you’ve filled in the google docs form posted on Facebook, otherwise you won’t be able to trial🏃🏾‍♀️

With restrictions getting tighter and covid cases rising again, it’s really important that we all follow guidelines to help stop the spread of covid!🦠 Hopefully this flow chart will help you know what to do if you have any queries about isolating or know someone else who is💓🤍
