The Pope's coffin has been sealed. It was a private ceremony,attended by Vatican officials & some of the Pope's family members. Now that the ceremony is over,the Chapter of St Peter will hold a prayer vigil by the coffin all night,until the Pope's funeral begins tomorrow morning.

Pope Francis' mortal remains are carried aboard the popemobile through the streets of Rome to their eternal resting place at the Basilica of St. Mary Major, and his coffin pauses for a final salute to the ancient icon of Mary Salus Populi Romani.
