Fit For Friday Unfortunately Velvet is sick today so there will be no class. The Hall will still be open though for a chat, tea and biscuits.

Here at the Trust we are very sad to be losing Eleanor who has been with us for over 6 years. She has been a driving force behind everything that the Trust has achieved during this time. We wish her all the best for the future.

Well done and thank you to everyone who did the Paths Course at the weekend. The weather on Saturday made it a bit of a challenge but it looks as though it did'nt stop them making good progress. Walls Course this weekend.
