Q from Hugh Lawsoc - The L&H and Lawsoc have a fluctuating relationship. How would you plan on improving relationships? Noah- Competition is healthy. Relationship between the two execs is important. I will work with Anna

Orla - Competition is healthy, working together on maidens etc is good. Visible friendlyness is important. A rounders match perhaps.

Q from Abigail - On the position of Vice Auditors. Noah - I would be in charge, not equal power. The vice auditor would be an engagement czar and focus on fellowships and house debates

Q from Ayman - Both candidates advocate for significant change, what has been done best this session that you would continue?

Orla - House debates have been done very well, very topical. Balls went well too, promo codes and all. Noah - House debates engagement, testament to the DCs. Ensure we keep up that engagement into 2nd semester.

Q from Owen - Is there one role that is the most important to have the right person do it. Noah - Debates Convener. Often one will take the lead Orla - Without a doubt records secretary, the light that they bring to a debate, funny moments etc. Very hard to get right.

Q from Iseult - Noah on the Finlay, Tori as both treasurer and chair of Finlay. How will this work, Orla put in a lot of work on her own. How is the treasurer meant to do both.

Noah - Each exec member will take a department and often steps in to do work. Tori is not just the Finlay, there will be other members on the subcommittee to help. It will give weight and resources to the Finlay.

Orla - I have dipped my toes into many different areas, PRO, outreach, etc. If during my campaign i've been unclear, i've gotten clarity. Inclusivity and change are incredibly important. Developing the Finlay, a monitered subcomm. Unique and better ways of enaging people

Seanchoíche storytelling, having more craic. Sometimes we seem a little insular. We ought to shift our focus going foward. Have more committee bonding, dinners together.

Noah - We're only getting started. I want to talk to the members about what they value. My exec and I hold seven years experience. We will work for you throughout the year. We can reach more people on campus. Cor ad cor loquitor - we must not leave discourse behind.

Noah- I would want to take on some of Orla's ideas, like internal comps. I am committed to this society.
