Here is an alternative use case for Meta's new Multimodal Mode on Quest, which allows you to track both hands and controllers simultaneously! Designed and 3D printed some parts to attach the controllers to my recurve bow and made a small prototype in Unity to test it out! 🏹

Today, I worked on developing an OpenVR driver in that turns my manual treadmill into a SteamVR controller by converting my speed into movement on the joystick’s forward axis. I took it for a spin in Skyrim VR and it really makes you appreciate the massive scale of the game!
