15 days after fraise mow. Overall not too bad. Just got a good topdress down, more Calcium Nitrate, reshaped mow patterns, tomorrow a good foliar package with Primo. More steps to take, but in a couple more weeks should be good to go. Pics don’t do them justice..

39 years.. Wow.. hard to believe. Only job has been a Superintendent since graduated Texas A&M in ‘87.. (2 yrs Asst, 37 Supt) pics today are probably my 100th+ core aerified green. Yes they seem to all look the same.. think I’ve got about 10 more yrs, then I’m gonna rest ..

2 days after aerify, topdress, fertilize… pretty decent. Spraying all today w some Velista/Heritage/Arena/Primo plus Harrell’s LLC foliars, Par Plus, and fleet. Always a quick, great response using their products. Thanks Clint Neely for your support

Our fraise on several tees turned out great! .. this is 30 days after. Grow back included weekly apps Calcium Nitrate, on top of an early heavy app of Harrell’s LLC Polyon, topdress, and a couple sprays of Harrell’s LLC foliars. Reshaped mow patterns also. Others will get same now

2nd app Kerb yesterday @ 20oz/Acre. My tip for beginners spraying Kerb- don't mow that morning- use dew to guide you- works great for no skip or too much overlap- water in...

Few pics of our recently renovated bridges, came out nice. It was quite a task, as the main bridge is 33yrs old, but the culverts had rusted and dropped.. been un repaired too long. Next post to show some of repairs - kept original stone structure- 5' of silt had accumulated 😳

Here's repair work in progress before the 'after ' pics just posted..was quite a precarious situation to say the least.. had to completely dig out 5' silt, rebuild support structure, then install new 10' culverts..

Top photo 2/22/21, bottom photo 5 yrs later, 2/22/26.. Needless to say a lot quicker green up this year, but I like the dormant, off color of the rare colder winters here. A frost in the morning but sure will snap back quick.
