We’re currently developing Ticaga v2.2.0 and testing Laravel’s broadcasting feature. At this stage, our team may need to assist with the setup, though we’re working toward automating this process in the near future.

I've been working on the Customer (Admin / SuperAdmin only) features. Edit Customer Details and Billing Information are now Employee editable now.

You can now create new customers directly in Ticaga without requiring them to go through the registration page or API. When you create a customer account, users will be prompted to set a new password. This streamlined process is particularly useful for onboarding new employees.
