Residents! Torrance Public Works dept. offers free sandbags for residential homes. Residents can get up to 25 sandbags based on availability Sandbags are available at the City Yard, 20500 Madrona Avenue. Bring a valid I.D. or Torrance utility bill as proof of residency. #LARain
