We've purged our site cache, which is progressively restoring site functionality. Most sites we've functioned are now back to normal, and the rest should be restored soon.

TopScore sites were intermittently very slow and/or reporting a 504 gateway timeout from around 7 AM to just after 9 AM Eastern. We are investigating the root cause of the issue and will provide more details.

This Friday, November 8, at 3 AM Eastern, all TopScore sites will be taken offline for a planned maintenance period of no more than two hours in order to deploy performance improvements.

We're back, everyone!

We've identified an outage that has been persisting since 5:47 ET and is affecting all sites. We're currently investigating.

We've targeted the issue to a critical server that is unresponsive. We're restarting the server and will need to perform some post-restart tasks.

Server is back online and sites are back up. We will diagnose and put steps in place to make sure this doesn't happen again.

An outage has been detected affecting all TopScore sites as of 11:24 AM ET. We are investigating the source of this outage now.

Sites are back up as of 12:11 PM ET. We will run a postmortem on why this happened.

This Friday, October 18, at 3:30 AM Eastern, all sites will be taken offline for a planned maintenance period of around three hours in order to upgrade our database. During the outage, we'll provide updates here.
