We have secured planning for this remodel of an existing bungalow. Our Client appointed us after securing consent for a modest design with an alternative designer, but wanted something more adventurous. We are now looking forward to guiding them through the next stages!

One of our completed projects, delivering a modern family home in a conservation area. The new design, replacing a developer built 1970's house, was deemed to provide a contrasting style and positive contribution complimenting existing historic assets.

We are presently providing support to the client, who is self-managing the project, during the construction phase. Progress is well underway, with the shell of the structure now complete and interior fit-out in progress. We anticipate project completion in early 2024.

We are enjoying a collaborative process with our Client on this adventurous remodel project. We are currently developing the design in more detail, internally and externally and will be make a planning submission in the coming weeks.
