This is “Christmas pudding cheese”. It’s a mature cheddar with broken pieces of Christmas pudding in it. It is the single most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. Christmas ruined.

I’m starting a herb garden..apparently in 12 weeks I’ll have basil,oregano (and poppies randomly). I’ll then make a pizza with fresh herbs to celebrate the start of things hopefully taking a turn for the better. If we all do, we’ll have all sorts of niceness, which will be lovely
