Nice job, men!

Drove 339 miles across PA yesterday to watch Daniel Gibney and IUP Track & Field / Cross Country compete at Lock Haven in the NCAA D-II Regionals…. then was able to make it to Annville to catch the 4th quarter of Ryan Gibney and LVC Football’s 31-17 victory over Misercordia on Senior Day.

Ran the Harrisburg Marathon this past Sunday in 3:34:42, a 4+ minute PR. Thanks to Daniel Gibney for his “coaching” during the run. In memory of LT DeVoe - Harrisburg Squad 8 and FADO Fogle - BCoFD Engine 2.
