Been a busy week planting seed canola. Hopefully we can get the irrigation going soon.

Wheat is already dry and other high water using crops (sugar beets) are getting closer to peak usage. Do we stop trying to water the cereals and save water for specialty crops? We need answers!

Seed canola growers. Anyone ever use this type of blade on their flail mowers for mowing out male bays?

Irrigation farmers/experts - what is the most effective and timely amount of water to apply by pivot throughout late June and July? We tend to be between 3/4" & 1" per pass, but curious where others are at? Only at night and when the wind isn't blowing is also not an option.....
