Today first time took part in an in person charity sponsored walk. Thought about you all and walked 5.7 miles just over 2 hours. Legs were strong, feet didn’t play up at all. Alan didn’t walk, he ranπŸ™ at Ferry Meadows Country Park. Parkinson's UK
