Yep. This is spot on. I have found that this is especially concerning with disabilities like Long COVID & ME/CFS where activity can be terribly destructive & make you worse. I was encouraged to exercise my way out of ME & all it did was make me much sicker.

Today (Sunday) is my 16th Sickiversary. It was Memorial Day 2007 when my throat felt scratchy. I was 27 & relatively healthy (I thought). Now I’m bedbound w/ #SevereME. I want to share something profound but I’m in that wave of grief that comes & goes when you’re chronically ill.
