Trading is 100% execution. I have been through periods of calling the market to perfection with my P&L not reflecting it at all or even showing the opposite. Your job isn’t to call the market, it’s to make money. So drop the ego and focus on high quality execution.

As always one should find a way to manage their position by combining HTF awareness with suited risk metrics If we talk about this situation specifically, first entry should have been with a limit order - invalidation top of the bigger cluster However irl you get what you got!
