Built c.1760, the soft tones of the newly wigged lime pointing, dark-painted, elongated Regency windows and gently cleaned and pointed granite rustication set a new standard of property management and presentation for Parnell Square and the entire North Georgian Core.

In an area that is currently experiencing a high volume of unauthorised works to Protected Structures, with multiple abandoned scaffoldings awaiting resolution, this heartening example by a trade union owner shows what can be achieved with traditional skills and the right advice.

Terrific to see the skills of The Nolans Group applied to the repair of this building on Dublin's Henry Street, featured on our webinar today. Its terracotta elements were damaged by water ingress corroding structural steels behind. All damaged pieces were faithfully reproduced.
