I think I fixed my encoding problem, tested it and didn't skip any frames even when doing more in the game than would happen normally. Also, enjoying my 1st approved emote on twitch 😎

There's no clear answer on what is happening - Twitch Support says to disable extensions. I spoke with an expert who suspects Twitch deployed bad code, undid it quickly, BUT people still have the 'broken code' in their cache. Recommends CTRL+Shift+F5. x.com/TwitchSupport/…
