I am excited to announce that I just signed a book contract with Zondervan Academic, to produce "A Latin Reader of Theology," an introduction to reading and translating theologians in church history who wrote in Latin, from the church fathers to the post-Reformation theologians.

It has been a joy so far this summer to teach an advanced Latin course at RBC, working with second year Latin students to translate theologians from Tertullian to the post-Reformation. We are working through early draft chapters of my theological Latin reader (Zondervan).

Well, this morning I just submitted my PhD dissertation to the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) for examination. There is one final step left in the process: the viva (oral defense). I would appreciate your prayers as I prepare for it.
