Work in the home service industry? About 50% of sales happen after the 5th contact, many reps give up after just one or two. How you treat "no sales" is literally the difference in making serious $$$

Speed to lead. The odds of contacting a lead if called in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes drop 100 times.

Sales is lonely. Running a business is lonely. Celebrate wins big and small. Recognize progress and achievements, however small they might be! What small wins have you hit today?

I am not a highly detail oriented person. This has been a huge challenge for me. Focus on understanding your numbers. Track where your leads come from, how much you spend to acquire leads, and how many turn into sales. Data drives better decisions.
