My Wonderful Cat, Mr. Whiskers Mr. Whiskers got his name from my family friend and neighbor, Robbie, and from my Mom. They pointed out one day how unusually long Mr. Whisker’s whiskers were. The nickname stuck! But little did they know that Mr. Whiskers is really Mrs. Whiskers.
