Webber Samuel Seavey, IACP’s first President, was honored on 8/21 in Seattle, WA as his final resting place was dedicated with a new headstone. Webber Seavey’s great granddaughter received IACP’s Webber Seavey Excellence in Law Enforcement Award as a token of IACP's appreciation.
