Gearing up for the swim of a lifetime!

full on training this week for the atlantic swim

This swim will be the greatest test of physical and mental fortitude and that great combination of adventure and endurance.

Spent the morning in the serpentine in Hyde Park to launch theatlanticswim.com. Feeling a little nervous but excited.

An update Ben fogle is still on. Family, work and logistics have delayed plans but it remains my 'long' term, ultimate objective.

As a dad I want to, and need to spend more time with my children. When the time is right, I will pursue my Atlantic dream
