Under the banner “One Struggle, One Fight—Workers Unite!”, Thai CDC joined workers, unions & orgs this #MayDay2025 in a national day of action. We marched through Downtown LA demanding livable wages, safe jobs & immigrant rights. #WorkerPower #PeopleUnitedWillNeverBeDefeated

On May 13th, Thai CDC joined 200+ advocates and 180 nonprofit coalition member organizations from across California to convene at the Sacramento State Capitol for a “Stop the Hate Day of Action” to educate policymakers on the increasing rates of hate incidents. #StopTheHateCA

On May 28th, Thai CDC joined AAPI Equity Alliance members at the LA Voice office for an AAPI Roundtable with Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove. We’re grateful to the Congresswoman, AAPI Equity Alliance, and LA Voice for creating space to address the pressing issues impacting us.

On June 6, as part of the LA Rapid Response Network, Thai CDC joined community & elected officials for a press conference in response to the citywide ICE raids. We will continue to stand with our immigrant community to call for NO to deportations & NO to mass detentions. #ICEOut

Interfaith Prayer Vigil on June 10th to call for end to violence of immigration raids and the protection of immigrant families in LA County. These immigration raids are not public safety & immigration enforcement. It is an attack on our sacred spaces & kidnapping our people.
