This week I was able to try traditional Japanese dishes from two of the oldest Japanese restaurants in Mexico City. Taro impressed us with its fresh Chirashi and Nagaoka with its fresh Saba Shioyaki. Keeping good quality for more than 3-4 decades has been key for their success!
