One of the participants sent me a follow up email after a FG discussion session today. This session focused on teamwork competencies in undergraduate engineering, where conflict resolution was highlighted! Can anyone in our research community help with this question? VT Engineering Education

Really happy to share that I was promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure at VT Engineering Education. It has been a long and fantastic road. “Looking at the past must only be a means of understanding more clearly what and who they are so that they can more wisely build the future.” Freire.
