I've stopped asking "can we do that?". The answer to a problem is rarely a "can" or "can't". Now I ask "what does it take to do that?" Every problem has a solution & cost. Understanding the cost ($, time, or not doing something else) is the best framework for good decisions

We can do anything, we just can't do everything. The tricky part is figuring out the anything, saying the anything out loud (a lot), and aligning the work with the anything. Most people come to work each day and do good work, but is it aligned?

Great first fall tourney for a few of our youth teams! Aloha Tournaments Second Summer the 2027 team and 2026 Red team won the championship & the 2030 team fell to a very tough Annapolis Hawks team in the Championship. 2028’s also had a solid weekend going 1-1-1. Nice work boys!
