Supporters of the #PoorPeoplesCampaign, this morning when you see the House voting on the #BuildBackBetter plan, you see the work of all of you who marched and pushed and told your stories, saying voting against this plan was voting against you.

We will fight until we have a living wage, end poverty and low wealth from the bottom up, and reconstruct our shared house with room for every one of us to thrive. With today’s passage in the House, we now must keep pushing in the Senate!

The whole damn system is guilty. The judge, the jury, the lawyers. And when we call for "justice" in a system that is already guilty of white supremacy, we give it more power. And until we confront that fact, more people will die, and their killers will continue to go free
